Gillian Fischer has over 10 years experience in customer experience, transformational change, technology adoption, and business strategy. She has experience working with start-ups, scale-ups, government and multinational companies in both SaaS and professional services. Prior to MindBridge, Gillian spent several years at IBM where she gained global consulting experience executing large-scale transformation programs. Today at MindBridge, Gillian leads a team of professionals who help finance executives adopt AI technologies, such as MindBridge in their organizations. Gillian is a thought leader and key note speaker in complex change and transformation.
