Leading the way
Through a combined academic-industry partnership, HERoes will learn the people and business skills necessary to take charge of technology, backed by the lessons and experience of real-world use cases. Working together, HERoes partner organizations will design the curriculum and goals to empower young women to forge their path towards leadership in STEM.
What you get
Twice a year, a HERoes masterclass will take place in Ottawa, offering students a full-day experience alongside the brightest leaders in business, academia, and government. Rather than focus on the technical skills you’re learning already, the HERoes masterclass is designed to teach leadership and business acumen to lead the STEM projects of the future.
